SKIN-PASS FLUIDS

Lubricant for high elongation (2-5%) skin-pass mill products. It is used to remove iron, carbon and other contaminants from the roll and strip surface.

Series of Skin-pass fluids “CONDORLUBE” are available for lubrication.

Benefits:

• Helps in transferring roughness of the work rolls to the coil

• Excellent lubrication at any elongation condition with decrease in friction between the work rolls and the coil surface, at the same time reducing formation of iron dust

• Excellent rust preventing properties
